The user-friendly, LITE version of the HeadStrong Performance App zeros in on quickly improving one of three mental states essential for executive performance in todays dynamic business climate being Willpower. Fundamental in Self Discipline, greater willpower enables us to get more done in a day and achieve our goals.

Simply fire up the app, choose your Willpower workout for the day starting with 6 minutes of physical exercise. After your 6 minutes of physical exercise, your brain will be primed with fresh oxygen, hormones and neurotransmitters. Taking full advantage of your elevated capacity, you will then move on to complete 1-minute of willpower brain training, which is presented in a fun and engaging brain game, known as the STROOP Test. Finally, after your brain has been supercharged you will move on to spend 1-minute following a Willpower Tai-Chi meditative breathing exercise to pull your brain into a state of mindful presence.

This app is the free version of the full HeadStrong Performance app. For just $1.99 USD, the full HeadStrong Performance version will enable you to train a total of 3 Mental States being: Willpower, Mental Focus, and Memory.

Within the Lite Version all other menus, other than Willpower, will prompt you to upgrade to the full HeadStrong Performance app.
